It's Been Awhile!

Wow, I either have been really busy or I just didn't feel like posting or I felt I didn't have anything important to say.  Hmmm...I think it's a bit of the last two combined.

An update on my health   I am really healthy...except for my MS symptoms.  My legs have been especially wonky with increasing numbness,spasticity, and (new for me!) pain...all other symptoms have been stable since I last blogged.  I've been taking gabapentin just before bed to help with spasms/pain, but that's it as far as medications go.  I refuse to take the stuff any other time as it makes me feel really spacy and I hate that feeling.

My current focus   I continue to have regular massage (every 2 weeks) and acupuncture (every 4 weeks) sessions.  Massage focuses on my legs and acupuncture focuses on the blood flow, specifically in my legs, as I struggle with cold feet.  I'm implementing a protocol proposed by an Australian naturopath (who has MS) Fiona Chin.  It's called You Can Beat M…
